Delicious sushi; friendly staff.
Have been here biweekly since 2005. This is the best MIO location they are friendly and the quality is top notch
Friendly servers, and a wide selection on the menu. Food was great
Absolutely fantastic! Great food!
Been here twice, disappointing sushi both times. Really don't know what all these great reviews are about. Maybe the rolls are better, I usually order a nigiri combo at sushi places. Not awful but not a place I'd recommend. Got a bone in a piece of salmon nigiri on my second visit, reflects poorly on the chefs preparation. Don't think I'll try again anytime soon.
One of the better sushi restaurants in the vacinity. Less expensive too. Overall, a good experience.
Service was great. Reasonable prices lunch menu has real food deals. House Sake is delicious great deal.
Great sushi decent prices. I've had no issues with this location.
Nothing wrong, nothing wow. Good easy sushi when you get that craving.
always fresh fish, great sushi
This place was fun and the food was great
This is my favorite sushi place in the Hillsboro/Beaverton area. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, accommodating, and knowledgeable. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. It's a great atmosphere whether you're on a date or out with friends. I highly recommend the happy hour specials.
This place was amazing! Great food and very friendly! The wife and I will be back.
The worker there was very sweet and the food was amazing. It was my first time ever trying sushi so it was an adventure, but one id gladly go on again. 😊
This place is one of my favorites! Reasonable pricing, considerable dishes and the staff members are always kind.
Left one star because zero wasn't an option worst costumer service I have every had.
Go to place for good sushi in Beaverton. Not much seating and is usually full so expect a wait. Whether you sit down or get takeout the sushi is awesome! Call ahead to save time for takeout.Favorites rolls: beauty and the beast, bloody vampire, double crunch.
Haven't had bad sushi from this place one time. I'm confident I could come up with the craziest possible phone order just to try to trip Yosuke up and he'd repeat it back to me faster than I could say it. Lots of variety on the menu. Everyone is friendly. Our go-to sushi place.
The best sushi I've had! My kids favorite place to eat! The staff is so friendly & helpful too!
Ok so our first visit here...ordered mio soup, came with with no spoon for at least 5+minutes before we caught our waitress. Can you enjoy soup with chopsticks lol. Ended up not liking it and sent it back then it was still on our bill at the end. Had it removed, then the sushi which was hella expensive had so little rice on the sushi rolls, it was very disappointing. Had to ask for everything, refill on our drink, more ginger, just annoying. We ordered a total of 5 small rolls and a soda, came to over $35. It was the only sushi place open past 9pm. Guess we eat earlier and find a cheaper and better place. Not going back anytime soon.
Excellent service. They offered the traditional Rolls as well as creative ones. Liked the St. Helena and Oregon. Try the sparkling sake...its surprisingly light and refreshing.
Sushi tastes great and they have quick service! It's a little bit pricier than other sushi places that sell similar-level sushi such as sushi Hana, but I would say this place is a little bit tastier even though it's pricier.
Went here for lunch and loved it! The Japanese chirashi came with fresh sashimi on top and more than enough sushi rice that I could enjoy the fish and got myself really filled up at the same time. Would love to have perilla in them instead to make it even more Japanese. But definitely try this placed out!
This place is one of my favorite sushi joints out there. It's really hard to find quality sushi restaurants near this area and this place blows everywhere else out of the water. The wait staff is always nice, and the food is always great quality. They are quick, friendly, and awesome! They have a very welcoming and "homey" vibe and I go there at least once a week :-) Thank you for always providing us with a great experience!
I actually enjoyed the dishes and customer service, great location very close to my house. The workers are always very welcoming. Will come back again.
They had us waiting outside for 20+ minutes looking at the menu before coming up and saying "by the way, I know we close at 9 (actually 9:30, it was 8:25 at the time) but we can't take your order cause we're backed up." The thing I take issue with is their full awareness that we were here wanting to order and not being subtle or really quiet about it but they chose to waste over 20 minutes of our time before telling us they won't serve us.
Ryosuke (waiter) was amazing. He treated me like a friends and was very professional. DANIEL (owner) made my sushi and it was absolutley delicious. ITS A MOST GO!!!
Good selection of rolls with great flavor.
Saturday night the best place to eat sushi :)
Mio Sushi is always fresh. Much better than most sushi places I’ve ever been. 5 stars
This place is wonderful, but you can tell that as soon as you walk in by the fact there are awards right on the wall. They have REAL CRAB (this is a hard thing to find apparently!) And are great with allergies. I have a gluten allergy and Anthony at the front desk was very accommodating, understanding and helpful in making sure my food wouldn't be upsetting. His customer service was top notch! I'll have to see how it goes later but so far so good! I also love that this place doesn't have a track. Everything is prepared fresh and very authentically. They also have a downtown Beaverton location! The rolls are generously sized as well.
The best tuna, salmon, and cuts of fish I have had in a VERY long time. The head sushi chef/owner was amazing to talk to as we ate at the sushi bar, all of that on top the to die for food. So sad I’m not from around here or I’d be eating there every day!
There are quite a few of these restaurants scattered around the Northwest Oregon area, and I think that is one of the reasons they always seem to have excellent quality fish. The menu is extensive, and although I just had sushi, everything coming out of the kitchen looked beautiful. At this location, the staff is particularly amicable and courteous. All around this is a solid pick for high-quality sushi at a reasonable price, and I give it five stars.
Nice miso soup. Ordered bento- average... nothing to wow about. Good service.
Great food and awesome customer service.
Tasty sushi but practically refused to take a small order (2 rolls) by quoting a SIXTY minute wait. We said we'd get back to them. They did not answer any of our other calls. Makes me want to never give them business again.
I know that this is a sushi place but I can't have soy. They were able to give me the Mio dressing to use with the tempura. Everything was tasty and the service was great.
Great sushi selection. The rolls were so tasty. Service was quick and there was no wait for seating.
This place is great! The staff at the sushi bar was extremely helpful in making recommendations and the happy hour prices are fantastic! Great place to eat at a great price... I would definitely highly recommend it!
Great sushi, reasonable prices, and most importantly they are consistently good. I always know I'll have a good meal, unlike some other sushi places.
Great customer service, nice calm environment. Loved the bento box with spicy tuna. Spicy chicken that I have ordered was not my favourite though.
Wonderful food and atmosphere!
I love this small cozy place. Good Bento specials, yakisoba noodles and sushi. Cheers!
Superior quality in all elements supported by friendly service. Thank you for so many memorable lunches and birthdays with family and colleagues!
My 1 star is only for the menu prices online... they are all wrong. Someone update the information. Food is always fresh and delicious.
Every time fresh👍
Although the atmosphere and service were great and the quality of the food was high, it wasn't what I'm normally used to. For example, other sushi restaurants put cream cheese in a Hawaiian roll and this one doesn't, which was a bummer. All in all, it certainly wasn't bad but it was a bit expensive for me.
Always a favorite stop. Great, fast service with a smile. Amazing food. Staff knows their foods. Have an allergy? They were happy to help you make choices.I go there often for both lunch and dinner.
Great place for lunch. Consistent food and nice environment to meet with business associates.
I usually love this place but when I come during the week by myself they ignore me because I'm not a group which is where they make their money. I wait for so long for just water that I end up leaving. It's disappointing because I'm a regular.
